They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were delayed arriving however kept us in the loop for ETA. I will definitely use them for my A/C needs in the future. The repairs they recommended made sense and I believed what they told me. The previous company we used for over 10 years got to the point with their recommendations that I did not trust them anymore. Interesting that Efficient Air did not mention the last repair the other company recommended and we passed on!
Thank you very much to Efficient Air technician, James, for repairing our air conditioning unit in one visit! Our home warranty company assigned Efficient Air for the repair, unfortunately for us it was labor day weekend so we were without air for two days, but luckily for us, we have two units so we slept on the first floor. The next business day after Labor Day, Efficient Air called to schedule our appointment for the following day. James showed up within the time frame give and repaired the unit within a half hour! If our other unit becomes faulty in the near future, I am hopeful that Efficient Air will also be assigned by our home warranty company. Thank you!

Just great. Appreciated the honest appraisal of our systems, especially regarding the initialinstallation of the two air handlers in the attic, which had defective installs to begin with.

It went very well aside from an address issue (the office manger gave the technician my billing address instead of the address where the work was to be performed). However, when the technician determined what had happened, his kept his professionalism and came out ASAP (for that alone, I commend him, he was sent halfway across the valley when it was down the street from the business). He serviced both A/C units, examining the lines and valves (noted that one valve was leaking), checking the capacitors (two of four needed attention), and adding refrigerant (I paid to have two additional pounds added to the larger unit, which I had already suspected was low). It paid immediate dividends as there was a noticeable difference in air temperature from the registers and throughout the house. I will contact them again to soon service my own home's A/C, as I was very pleased with their overall service and professionalism.
